Professor Rajesh S. Pyngavil, holds a MBA, MHRM & MMSc, and pursuing his Ph.D. from Punjab University of Technology, India. He is the Lifetime volunteer and nominated as Senior Vice President(Strategy) of the Foundation. Mr. Pyngavil has leveraged of more than fifteen years of experience across various industry segments in India, apart from more than four years of academic teaching experience with some of the major management institutions in India including Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India, giving a right blend and edge in the strategy formulations by the industry experience and academia knowledge base.

Professor Pyngavil, is board member for a number of organizations. Strategic human resource management, Industrial relation, Enterprising and Corporate ethics & values are his expertise domain areas and is instrumental in organizing various seminars, conferences, MDPs, PDP’s, FDPs etc.

To his credit, he has authored one book which is under publication apart from authoring more than thirty case studies and articles for various national & international publications.
