Professor (Dr.) Balran Dogra is the Vice Chancellor of Sri Sai University, Palampur, Himachal Pradesh, India. A core academician with 24 years of experience did his Ph. Dr. Ashok Agarwal is the Adjunct Professor of Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, India, and Chairman EWB India (Engineers Without borders, India) a nonprofit body for using innovative engineering solutions through the students of various engineering colleges for improving quality of life of common person and member of the Board of EWB International representing Asia. He is a Gold Medalist in Mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science (BITS), Pilani, India, and completed his Master Degree and Ph. D. from University of Minnesota, USA. He started his professional career with Bell Telephone Laboratories followed by Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India, as a Professor of MIS. Professor (Dr.) Narsingh Deo is known for his work in computational graph theory and in parallel algorithms. He holds the Charles N. Millican Eminent Scholar's Chair in Computer Science at University of Central Florida, USA. Prior to this, he was a Professor of Computer Science at Washington State University, where he also served as the department chair. Before that he was a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and a Member of Technical Staff at Jet Propulsion Laboratory. He holds a Ph.D. (EE) from Northwestern University.

He has held Visiting professorships at numerous institutions—including at the University of Illinois, Urbana; University of Nebraska, Lincoln; Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore; and IBM's T. J. Watson Research Center; ETH, Zurich; University of Sao Paulo, Brazil; Oak Ridge National Lab.; Australian National University, Canberra; Chuo University, Tokyo; Monash University, Melbourne, Australia; and IIT/Kharagpur.

A Fellow of the IEEE, a Fellow of the ACM, a Fellow of the ICA and a Fellow of the AAAS, Dr. Deo has authored four other books and about 250 refereed research papers. He holds a number of patents in computer hardware and is a recipient of NASA's Apollo Achievement Award.Among his other awards are: Gold Medal of Patna University; Drake Scholar at Caltech, Governor's Award for Outstanding Contribution to High Tech Researchin Florida (1989); UCF's Distinguished Researcher Award-89; UCF's Professorial Excellence Program Award (1997); UCF's Teaching Incentive Program Award (1999); and UCF's Excellence in Graduate Teaching Award (2001). He has served as an editor/guest editor/ member of the editorial board for several journals.

Dr. Tamal K. Dey is professor of computer science at the Ohio State University, USA. His research interest includes computational geometry, computational topology and their applications in graphics and geometric modeling. After finishing his Ph. D. from Purdue University in 1991 he spent a year in University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign as a post doctoral fellow. He has held academic positions in Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India, and Max-Planck Institute, Germany. He authored a book ``Curve and surface reconstruction: Algorithms with mathematical analysis" published by Cambridge University Press. He leads the Jyamiti group which has developed various software including the well known Cocone software for surface reconstruction and DelPSC software for mesh generation.

Professor (Dr.) Ashok N. Bhaskarwar is the Petrotech Chair Professor and Head of Department, Department of Chemical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He obtained his Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, in 1987. He later had post-doctoral assignments at the State University of Gent, Belgium, and at the I.I.Sc., Bangalore, before joining I.I.T., Delhi. He had been awarded the prestigious INSA Medal for Young Scientist in 1991 and received the BOYSCAST award of Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, in 1994.

He had been a Visiting Professor at the famed Department of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science, University of Minnesota, U.S.A., during 1995-96. He had been a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the international journal "ACH -- Models in Chemistry" for several years. More recently, he has also been inducted into the advisory and editorial boards of several international journals spanning a wide range of science from biological and medical sciences to fuel cells. He is an active reviewer for leading international journals like Chemical Engineering Science, AIChE Journal, Canadian Journal of Chemical Engineering, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science, Applied Mathematical Modelling, Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, etc. Professor Bhaskarwar's research interests include foam-bed reactors, dissolution kinetics, thin film growth, photochemical and photo-electrochemical reactors, heat-transfer augmentation, agglomeration kinetics, flow of fluids through porous media, pollution-preventing technologies especially the novel printing inks, paints, fuels, and lately development of multifunctional nano-constructs for targeted drug-delivery systems A start-up christened EnNatura Technologies Ventures Private Ltd has recently been launched by a team of his students clasping the pollution-preventing printing inks developed in his Laboratory.

Professor (Dr.) R. K. Shyamasundar is with the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai where he is currently a Senior Professor and JC Bose National Fellow. He was the Founder Dean of the School of Technology and Computer Science. He completed his B.E. (Electrical Engineering) from University of Mysore, M.E. (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and Ph. D. (Computer Science and Automation) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. His principle areas of research are: Specification, Design and Verification of reactive and real-time systems, Programming Languages, Logics of programs, Formal methods, Computer and Network & Information Security. He has published widely and has more than 200 publications in refereed journals, conference proceedings, two monograph, several edited books, and holds several patents in US and India. He has given several invited talks at various conferences. He is a Fellow IEEE, Fellow ACM and serves on IEEE Esterel Std Committee. He is a Fellow of the Indian Academy of Sciences, Fellow of the Indian National Science Academy, Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India, Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering and Fellow of TWAS (Academy of Sciences for the Developing World, Trieste.)

Dr. Robert D. Atkinson is the founder and president of the Information Technology and Innovation Foundation, a Washington, DC-based technology policy think tank. He received his Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1989. He is the author of the State New Economy Index series and the book,"The Past and Future of America's Economy: Long Waves of Innovation That Power Cycles of Growth" Published by Edward Elgar in 2005. He has an extensive background in technology policy, he has conducted ground-breaking research projects on technology and innovation, is a valued adviser to state and national policy makers, and a popular speaker on innovation policy nationally and internationally.

Before coming to ITIF, Dr. Atkinson was Vice President of the Progressive Policy Institute and Director of PPI's Technology & New Economy Project. While at PPI he wrote numerous research reports on technology and innovation policy, including on issues such as broadband telecommunications, Internet telephony, universal service, e-commerce, e-government, middleman opposition to e-commerce, privacy, copyright, RFID and smart cards, the role of IT in homeland security, the R&D tax credit, offshoring, and growth economics.

Previously Dr. Atkinson served as the first Executive Director of the Rhode Island Economic Policy Council, a public-private partnership including as members the Governor, legislative leaders, and corporate and labor leaders. As head of RIEPC, he was responsible for drafting a comprehensive economic strategic development plan for the state, developing a ten-point economic development plan and working to successfully implement all ten proposals through the legislative and administrative branches. Prior to that, he was Project Director at the former Congressional Office of Technology Assessment. While at OTA, he directed The Technological Reshaping of Metropolitan America, a seminal report examining the impact of the information technology revolution on America's urban areas.

He is a board member or advisory council member of the Alliance for Public Technology, Internet Education Foundation, Net Choice Coalition, the Pacific Institute for Workforce Innovation, and the University of Oregon Institute for Policy Research and Innovation. He is also chair of the Congressionally-created National Surface Transportation Infrastructure Financing Commission. He also serves on the advisory panel to Americans for Computer Privacy, is an affiliated expert for the New Millennium Research Council, a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Electronic Government and the Journal of Internet Policy, a member of the Reason Foundation's Mobility Project Advisory Board, a member of the Global Innovation Forum Brain Trust and a Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. Dr. Atkinson was appointed by President Bill Clinton to the Commission on Workers, Communities, and Economic Change in the New Economy. In 1999, he was featured in "Who's Who in America: Finance and Industry." In 2002, he was awarded the Wharton Infosys Business Transformation Award Silver Medal. Professor S. Manikutty is a Professor in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India. He is a Mechanical and an Electrical engineer, graduating from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (London) and the Institution of Electrical Engineers (London). He joined the Indian Railways as a mechanical engineer in 1969 and served in various managerial positions. While in service, he did his doctoral program in Management (Fellow Program) from the Indian Institute of Ahmedabad, India.

After completing his doctoral program, he rejoined the Indian Railways back as a Professor in the Indian Railways' in-house training college at Baroda. He had also worked as a member of a team of consultants deputed to the Aqaba Railway Corporation, Ma'an, Jordan.

In June 1990, he joined the Indian Institute of Management as a member of faculty in the Public Systems Group. Here he did work on education (mainly adult literacy), transportation and community participation in the drinking water and sanitation sector. He did evaluation of total literacy programs in a number of districts in different States, a study of the Jan Shikshan Nilayams (Adult Literacy Centres) and a study of the State Resource Centres for the National Literacy Mission. He also coordinated a faculty team for the study of community participation in drinking water and sanitation projects sponsored by DANIDA and the World Bank.

Professor Manikutty has been engaged in different areas of research including: Global Competitiveness of Industries, Role of Government in Enhancing Competitiveness of Industries, Strategies for Family Businesses and Strategic Alliances. He has been a member of the Centre for Telecom Policy Studies at IIMA and has done work on consumer preferences in telecom and policy studies. He was a visiting scholar at the Johnson School of Management, Cornell Universityto develop multimedia cases in management.

Professor Bakshi holds a M.Sc., M. Phil (Computer Science). A person with clear vision about himself has priority in life not just to do it, but to do it with best results. His research areas are in the field of Data Mining, Virtual Enterprise, Cyber Laws and Network Security. His numerous scholarly works has been published in various national & international journals. He has contributed as author in five books.

Professor Bakshi is a Gold Medalist in National Taekwondo Championship in Muye Category, Silver Medalist in National Taekwondo Championship in Sparring Category and a Bronze Medalist in Thai Kick Boxing Competition in Muye Category. He is a Member of Computer Science Teachers Association that supports and promotes the teaching of computer science and other computing disciplines and a Member of International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology that plays an influential role and promotes developments in Computer Science and Information Technology in a wide range of ways.

Professor (Dr.) Manoranjan P. Ram is an Associate Director with Institute of Management Education, Ghaziabad, India. He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer with Post Graduation in Management. He has done his Ph.D. on E-Commerce area. He is having a combination of Corporate and academic experience of sixteen years with leading institution and published several papers in National and International Journals and presented papers in various National and International  Conferences. Dr. Sunil Kumar Khatri is Heading Department of Computer Applications in, Lingaya’s University, Faridabad, India and Chairman of Board of Studies in Department of Computer Applications. He is a Member of Academic Council in Lingaya’s University.

Dr. Jagmohan Rai, is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at the University of Delhi. With M. Sc. and M. Phil. in Mathematics from the University of Delhi and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Jawaharlal Nehru University, he has more than 27 years’ experience of teaching mathematics and computer science at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels. He has been associated with several faculty training programs at various levels. He has been closely related with e-content development and design of Learning Management Systems, regards technology as an instrument of social change and has taken ‘taking technology to masses’ as a mission. His primary research areas are Distributed Mutual Exclusion, Distributed databases, Mobile Computing, Parallel and Distributed Computing, Computer Graphics.

Dr. Umit Bititci, is the Director of the Strathclyde Institute for Operations Management and the Professor of Technology and Enterprise Management at the University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, with PhD, CEng, FRSA, FIOM, MIET, MCIPS. He has served as the Chairman of IFIP WG5.7 specialising in Advanced Production Management and Vice Chairman of the Institute of Operations Management. Dr. Bititci also chairs the Scottish Partnering Form and he is member of the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Board. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Operations Management and winner of the JD Scaife Award from IMechE. He is also an overseas PhD examiner at the Technical University of Helsinki, Finland.

Dr. Bititci has over 20+ years of academic and industrial experience working with a range of UK, European and Asian companies on Business Transformation, Strategy Management, Performance Measurement, Supply Chain Management and Business Process Improvement.

Ms. Urshla Kant is the Assistant Professor of School of Vocational Education and Training, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India, with M. Phil. in Education, Master of Education (M.Ed.), M.Sc. in Ecology and Environment & Master of Computer Application (MCA). She qualified UGC-NET, UGC-JRF in Education and ICAR-NET.

Ms. Bhavana Kapoor, is the Executive Director of the Foundation and she has leveraged over 10 years of experience across various industry segments in India. Her dedicated focused vision for designing and executing the easy to understand core concept programs to mass educate the various research and developments of techniques, trends, technologies and thoughts.

Ms. Kapoor holds a MBA and pursuing her Ph.D. from Dravidian University, India. She is the key guiding person behind the conceptual to evaluation of our E-Learning program 3E Edge, an intelligent learning solution to address the business issues that are imperative to success in an increasingly competitive world with learning resources targeted to business and technical professionals.

She is also the driving force behind our revolutionary concept 3E Hub in the University and college campuses to accelerate the process of professional skills building of the students.
